I wanted to tell you how much I LOVE my plan! After a few weeks of working through a cookie-cutter weight lifting plan, I was starting to doubt whether it was right for me. I wasn’t seeing much change and I wasn’t feeling a bit soreness after workouts letting me know if it was even working my muscles.
The first thing I noticed about the plan you prepared for me was how easy it was to read and follow (I like organization!). I really liked that not every exercise was on some boring machine; a lot of them were actually fun! I loved the mixture of weights and body weight exercises to keep it interesting. I would leave the gym sweating and knowing that your workout kicked my butt that day!
After 2 weeks I’m already seeing changes to my body as well as progress in my fitness level. I really appreciate you always checking in with me and keeping me motivated! Plus seeing your videos on here of you actually doing the movements with proper form is extremely helpful.
